Abstract
The wholesome territorial service systems are being considered on example of the Irkutsk-Cheremkhovo district. An analysis is made of the territorial factor that determines accessibility of the institutions engaged in providing social infrastructure as well as with a help of the estimate of regional centers’ position relatively populations’ places of living.
