Regional policy has become an important part of the state policy in different countries. European experience of Regional Policy includes allocation of funds between regions across the Structural Funds according to objective criteria. The present ussian regional policy is concentrated on such local industrial projects as “Ural Promyshlennyj  – Ural Polyarnyj” (“Ural Industrial – Ural Polar”), “Nizhnee Priangarie” (The Lower Part of Angara Region) or infrastructure projects as Winter Olympic Games 2014 in Sochi, APEC summit 2012 in Vladivostok. And this project approach has a lot of components to discuss and improve.
