Extracellular Protease Activity in Natural Samples of hot Springs of Pribaikalye

Abstract
The hot springs protein, abundance of proteolytic microorganism’s extracellular protease activity in natural samples has been defined. It is shown that abundance of bacteria in bottom sediments and microbic mats varied on 10 to 100 000 cells/sm3. It is found out high extracellular protease activity on substrate BAPA and gelatin, mainly in cyanobacterial mats.
