Human Potential of Buryatiya: Experience of Measurement on Municipal Level

Abstract
The integrated assessment of human potential on municipalities of the Republic of Buryatiya with use of employment, income, health and education indicators is carried out. On the basis of an integrated index of human development, mid-annual growth rates of an index for 1996–2010 and degrees of equation of its components the typology of municipal areas is offered.
