Abstract
The article deals with the use of recreational potential transboundary river basin of the Selenga and upper reaches of the Amur river in connection with necessity of evelopment of international tourism. Isolated and characterized the main categories of recreational resources utilization. Analyses the main factors limiting the use of transboundary recreational potential and constraints on the development of international tourism.
