Abstract
The development of tourism depends on preparation of territorial planning scheme of various levels. That's why it's necessary to consider natural features pecularities
of the region and traditional system of nature usage, including restrictions and other aspects noted in the federation law. Our article features the results of research of development of schemes territory planning of sub regional and administrative levels.
