Characteristic of housing sector of the Baikal region

Abstract
The housing sector of economy considered and especially the characteristics of specific, availability and comfort of habitation are the major indicators of human life quality. The territorial distinctions of living conditions in the Baikal region are presented in the article: broken down by its basic subjects (the Irkutsk region, the Republic Buryatiya, the Transbaikal Territory) in the urban and rural areas in municipal districts.
