The complexes of activity on the Sun in 1980–2008. Comments to data catalog

Abstract
The catalog of cores of complexes of activity on the Sun (zones of constant sunspot formation) observed in 1980–2008 in Baikal and Sayan Observatories of ISTF SD RAS is presented. Complexes of activity on the Sun should be considered as the main type of structures generating geoeffective disturbances influencing the earth's shells. The description of presented data types and ground of indexes used are given.
