Abstract
This paper outlines the methodology and results from investigating the evolutionary transformation of taiga geosystems in the south of the Middle Siberia. The results obtained in this study are aimed at solving a fundamental problem of investigating and monitoring the state of the natural environment of the regions and forecasting associated changes.
