Prospects for the Implementation of Weekly Recreational Cycle the Population of the Irkutsk Urban Agglomeration

Abstract
The problems of realization of a weekly cycle of recreational activity of the population of Irkutsk city agglomeration are considered in the work. The characteristic of the Irkutsk agglomeration as a form of spatial organization of the territory is given. The schemes of recreational zoning are analyzed. It is noted that for recreation in a new format with elements of adventure and event tourism, natural parks are of special interest as multifunctional sites. Problems with land use that are not solved within the framework of the previous territorial schemes are a serious obstacle to the launch of such projects. A brief description of recreational complexes that are promising for further development is given. They meet the basic requirements of the weekly cycle: contrast with the urban habitat, 1-1.5 hour transport accessibility from the core of the agglomeration – Irkutsk, availability of a site and a primary infrastructure for organizing mass events, year-round operation. The analysis of the results of approbation of the method of expert questioning is given. The groups of measures aimed at activating the weekly recreational cycle are ranked according to the degree of significance. The degree of consistency of the experts was determined by the method of rank correlation by calculating the Kendall concordance coefficient. Based on the weighted assessments of experts identified priority activities. The obtained results can be used in the development of the strategy for the development of the tourist and recreational system of the Irkutsk agglomeration as an element of the program-targeted planning of the territory.
