Within last several years the author took part in researches of snow-glacial geosystems on Western Caucasus (Pseashkho Range), Altaian-Sayans mountain area, and Kodar range. In the course of works certain appropriateness in change of character of dynamics of these geosystems of a mountain frame of the south of Russia are revealed. This appropriateness has not been given in special literature previously. This affairs deal with detailed elaboration of crossing from one type of snow-glacial geosystems to another type, in the aspect of intensification of “cool component” of glaciation. The core of the problem is that, what glaciers in Central Asia are frozen glaciers. They are formed inside the area of permafrost and acquired specific traits. This article is devoted detailed elaboration of these specific traits.
