Thematic maps, reflecting the distribution of animals, form the basis for determination of relationship between organisms and abiotic environment and understanding the role of various species in biogeocenoses. Large-scale maps and diagrams can be used for cognition of spatial organization of zoocenoses, the laws of dynamics and optimization of environmental monitoring of the populations of individual species and landscape as a whole. The article attempts to create a large-scale pattern map of distribution of mesopopulation of soils of a model plot of the Khakasskyi reserve.
