Abstract
The article considers reguliarities of geosystems development, which are at various stages of the dynamic and evolutionary transformation. Based on a synthesis of data a map of functional zoning was elaborated. Landscape research is based on the results of terrestrial and aerial itinerary studies, interpretation of satellite images, GIStechnologies.
