Abstract
In clause results of studying of the insurance market in territory of Irkutsk area as a whole, in more details in Irkutsk agglomeration are shined. The estimation of quality of a condition and dynamics of the offer of insurance services to the population is executed, the basic criteria of a consumer demand are certain.
