Identification of Environmental Risks for Green Areas in Cities

Abstract
Greeneryperform manyecosystemservices. The aim of the paper is to define ecological risks for green areas in cities on the basis of analyzing the dynamics of different categories green areas’ condition. The data of many years’ field observations have been used. A green territory’s loss of ability to function properly is considered as the primary risk which results from 19 secondary risks also described in the paper. The risks have been classified according to six criteria.
