Article presents some results of studying of ethnorecreational resources in a context of sustainable development ideas. The comprehensive approach based on revealing and identification of ethnorecreational complexes which represent set of objects and the phenomena relating to traditions and culture of the local and indigenous population, living in the Baikal region (russians, buryats, evenks, tofalars, soyots) is applied. National crafts in the Katangsky district (Irkutsk region) are considered as an element of an evenk-ethnorecreational complex.
