Solar corona form and heliospheric current sheet
This paper represents an investigation into heliospheric current sheet (HCS) dynamics during the solar activity Schwabe-Wolf cycle 23 by synoptic maps for distribution of the magnetic field radial component on the source surface (the height being 2. 5 R ). The minimum in cycles 23/24 determined by the HCS ripple solution value is shown to have come 10 months later that the cycle minimum determined by monthlyaveraged Wolf numbers. In terms of 7 total solar eclipses in cycles 22–24, we show that the HCS configuration on the source surface determines the white corona structure basic peculiarities.
