The Response of Runoff of the Selenga River on Changes of Rainfall Rate and the State of the Catchment Area

Abstract
The results of the studying of the response of runoff of the Selenga River on changes of climatic and basin factors are presented in this paper. The changing of features of intra-annual runoff distribution for the period from 1948 to 2013 has been analyzed and the transformation of relations of runoff of the Selenga River with the precipitation rate within its drainage basin has been estimated in this research.
