Abstract
The paper presents the results of studying the ecological state of urbanized ecosystems of the town of Sayanogorsk. A comparative analysis is made of the structure of zoocenoses, predominating in the region of natural and anthropogenically disturbed soils. An ecological-microbiological characteristic of the soil cover of urboecosystems is considered. The study revealed a negative impact of the urban pressure on the abundance and biomass of mesopedobionts, and on the level of biochemical activity of soils. The possibilities of using soil-biotic indicators for environmental monitoring under the conditions of potentially dangerous technogenic pollution are showed.
