Author(s)
G. B. Dugarova, V. N. Bogdanov
Abstract
The presented article is a continuation of long-term studies about the spatial differentiation of Ulaanbaatar. In the article, the authors present the study results at the level of microdistricts (horoo), where the dependencies between these factors are clearly traced. According to the results obtained, that the city's population is gradually shifting towards new apartment buildings around the center, where social conditions are relatively good. However, a large proportion of the urban population still remains in old yurt microdistricts with a low quality of life.
